I would still wait till I see the devices in stores before I send for the coupon. The track record of this coupon program has been less than stellar. Since there will be plenty of time before you need them, i.e. Feb. 18, 2009. The good news is that Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Circuit City and many other national retailers have been authorized to sell the converters and to accept the coupons. .
